Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, LLC is a family-owned behavioral health clinic located in Hutchinson, MN. We have proudly served our community, offering outpatient mental health services and outpatient co-occurring substance use disorder treatment services to residents of McLeod County and the surrounding region since 2011. We expanded our services to include a 20-bed co-occurring Women's Residential Treatment facility in February of 2022. Our mission at Integrations is to empower every person we serve to embrace their true value and worth, providing a safe space for healing, healthy connection, and evidence-based tools for change. We are seeking caring and qualified individuals to join our close-knit team in support of our mission within our residential program.

Requirements:
Mental Health Professional - Master's or Doctoral Level Licensed or pre-licensed Mental Health Professional or Dually Licensed/pre-licensed LADC/MHP. Pre-licensure supervision available on site by BBHT approved supervisors.
Job Duties:
Mental Health Professional to provide client services including, but not limited to the completion of Diagnostic Assessment, individual and/or group therapies, and various co-occurring substance use disorder treatment services, on an as needed basis.
Mental Health Professional will agree to perform services as a subcontractor providing services at Integrations Wellness and Recovery Center and bill for services through IWRC under the terms and conditions set forth within the established contract between Independent Contractor and Subcontractor.
This is a 1099 Contracted position. Payment to Mental Health Professional will be paid based on conditions within the contract. Rate of commission is negotiable based on education level, licensure, and experience.
