Commission Manychat Jobs (NOW HIRING)

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Highland Village, TX, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You manage daily social media execution for Billy Cox. You stay ahead of Billy's schedule so you can capture real-time moments, post quickly, and keep all platforms active.

You handle posting, engagement, content planning, reporting, and coordination with the design and video teams across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You support a full-year strategy, weekly planning, and daily delivery. You also help the team when needed. If your core work is complete, you assist with simple tasks that keep production moving. You support events, filming days, and team operations so everything runs smoothly.

This role requires flexibility, cooperation, and a strong work ethic. Occasional travel is required, and you must be flexible with hours as needed around events and key dates.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Starting at $55,000/year, based on experience
• Commission: Quarterly performance reviews and bonuses tied to hitting key targets

Daily:

• Track Billy's schedule and identify real-time content moments
• Capture behind-the-scenes clips, stories, and short videos during calls, meetings, and events
• Post manually on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (posts and videos), and LinkedIn
• Create content, write captions, and select hashtags
• Respond to comments, messages, and ManyChat conversations
• Engage with followers and monitor conversations
• Watch trends and competition, and incorporate them into the plan to drive growth
• Dial in on our target audience and research what is working
• Track daily analytics and note what is working
• Edit short videos or simple graphics when needed

Weekly:

• Plan and schedule content for the week
• Build and update the weekly content calendar
• Review weekly analytics and adjust content based on performance
• Run active boosts on testing content
• Promote and support events, trainings, books, and mastermind promotions
• Keep asset libraries organized and updated

Monthly:

• Produce detailed monthly performance reports with wins, losses, and improvement plans
• Join monthly strategy meetings
• Review content themes, plan upcoming topics, and identify key platform opportunities
• Document monthly improvements and propose new ideas

Yearly:

• Set yearly growth goals for each platform
• Support and help build large promotions for major events, trainings, and launches
• Strengthen brand positioning across all platforms by keeping content authentic to Billy Cox
• Produce an annual report covering growth, performance, and next steps

• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Graphic design and Canva experience required
• Skilled with basic video editing
• Ability to post fast in real time
• Clear writing for captions and community responses
• Experience with content calendars and basic analytics
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Available full-time in the office Monday through Friday
