Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure as required.
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Nutritional Assessment & Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and adjust them based on residents' health conditions and dietary needs.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure diet modifications align with residents' medical conditions and care goals.
  • Compliance & Education: Ensure adherence to state and federal dietary regulations while educating residents, families, and staff on nutrition and special diet requirements.
