Job Type: Full-Time | Night
Schedule: 3x12; 7p-7a; Rotating Weekends

How you'll contribute
A Detox LPN who excels in this role:
  • As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Tennessee or compact state LPN license and be a graduate from a practical nursing program. Additional requirements include:
  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), within 90 days of hire, Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 6 months of hire, I.V. Competency preferred with intent to obtain within 1 year of hire, Handle With Care (HWC) preferred.
  • Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Experience: One-year previous experience preferred.
  • Licenses: Must have a current Tennessee LPN license.
  • Education: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.

STRHS - Pulaski is part of the Southern Tennessee Regional Health System, a regional network of hospitals and healthcare services serving communities in southern Tennessee.
