Job description

Now Hiring - Experienced Equipment Operators

Land Busters of Texas is seeking skilled and dependable operators to join our team. We perform jobs of all sizes throughout Texas. Must be able to operate independently and make correct, decisive decisions. Must be a leader, self driven and motivated. Must be able to visualize desired finish and adapt to constantly changing terrain. We are seeking likeminded personnel who take pride in their outcome and capable of being critical team members striving for excellence and efficiency.

Duties include operating:

- Primarily Dedicated Rock Milling

- Excavator with/without Rock Wheel/Hammer

- Skid Steer Bucket/Grapple

- Dozer

- Additional Duties As Required

Work Involves:

- Milling, Roads, Excavation and Clearing

- Basic Mechanical Skills

- Equipment Maintenance & Repair

- Self Sufficient Operation

Requirements:

- 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

- Knowledge and Experience in rocky, uneven and very steep terrain

- Reliable transportation, 4wd truck

- Logging of all work completed daily

- Strong attention to quality and safety

- Team player whether spoken or unspoken

- Solid word ethic and dependability

- Capable of working 10-12hr shifts; 5-6 days a week

- Ability to travel and overnight stays

This is a w2 position with time and half as well as per diem. Pay range is $30/hr-$50hr for qualified candidates.
