Position Overview:

If you are still interested, we will train you and teach you everything you need to know. You just need to be willing to get licensed through Washington State Property and Casualty license as well as Life and Health. We can help with this and there is a $1,000 signing bonus on your 90th day if you come with both licenses on the first day. My best employees have come to me with zero insurance experience but being truly successful and thriving in this job/office is completely up to you. State Farm is extremely competitive in this area/state. I am hiring because we are growing. My current team has all been with me for 2+ years and are very excited to welcome a 5th Team Member.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
