Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

If you are motivated by performance and want to be rewarded for your work, this Account Representative opportunity with Carin Rubin State Farm in Eagar, AZ offers a base pay structure plus commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — we will train you
  • Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
  • Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
  • Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
