Business Development Manager – Commercial Technology Services job

Location: Remote / Southeast Preferred
Compensation: Performance-Based + Commission + Growth Opportunities
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation Structure: Monthly draw plus commission
Guaranteed Compensation: A modest monthly draw will be provided to qualified candidates, with additional performance-based commission tied to business development results and new client acquisition.

Lighthouse Integrated Tech Systems is a growing commercial technology services company supporting clients across multiple states. We provide solutions including structured cabling, network infrastructure, security systems, access control, surveillance, AV, telecommunications, wireless deployments, and field service coordination.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial and enterprise customer base through relationship building, networking, and strategic outreach.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities within facilities management, property management, hospitality, healthcare, retail, MSP, telecom, and multi-site organizations.
  • Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with integrators, service providers, and commercial operators
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with company leadership on growth initiatives.
  • Represent Lighthouse professionally in meetings, calls, networking events, and industry functions.
