At AMH, our goal is to simplify the experience of leasing a home through professional management and maintenance support, so our residents can focus on what really matters to them, wherever they are in life.
The Manager, Learning Solutions oversees the design, development, and delivery of company learning solutions while actively contributing to content creation. Assigns resources to ensure highest and best use of team skills. Leads governance processes and version control to maintain accuracy and compliance. Ensures timely delivery of projects with measurable business impact. Analyzes learner data, adoption metrics, and ROI analytics into executive dashboards and recommendations.
  • Collaborates closely with peer managers to align strategy, streamline workflows, and strengthen company-wide learning impact. Serves as a liaison with various internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Communications, IT, HR, and Legal) to ensure learning solutions reflect brand, compliance requirements, and organizational alignment. Builds trusted relationships with business leaders and may facilitate knowledge transfer or train-the-trainer sessions for stakeholders to support program adoption.
  • Provides direct supervision, coaching, and career development for team members responsible for instructional design, editing, and technical writing. Creates succession strategies and growth opportunities that strengthen enterprise learning capabilities. Fosters a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manages budgets, vendor contracts, and software licensing to ensure cost efficiency and sustainability. Negotiates with vendors and external partners to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high-quality service delivery. Tracks and reports performance metrics, including adoption, ROI, engagement, and cost savings, delivering executive-level updates to demonstrate impact. Continuously researches and integrates new learning methodologies, technologies, and design trends (e.g., AI, microlearning, digital enablement) to future-proof solutions and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:
