National Strategic Account Executive

Reports to: EVP Revenue & Growth
The National Strategic Account Executive is a pure hunter role focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing large enterprise-level health system opportunities for Kreg Therapeutics. The position targets academic medical centers, Level I trauma centers, and complex ICU environments—requiring someone skilled at navigating complex hospital systems. This is not a traditional territory sales role; there's no responsibility for day-to-day account management, implementation, or ongoing customer maintenance.
Success is measured by enterprise contracts executed, net new logo acquisition, strategic pipeline development, and revenue growth from large-scale partnerships. The ideal candidate brings experience selling into C-suite, supply chain, clinical, and operational leadership within major healthcare systems, with a focus on negotiating strategic agreements and accelerating enterprise adoption of Kreg's solutions.

Strategic Selling Capability
This is a demand-creation role. You won't be responding to inbound interest, you'll be challenging current practices, uncovering operational and clinical gaps, and helping executives recognize problems they aren't yet addressing.
You'll need to build urgency in long sales cycles where capital and operational priorities compete for attention, and connect clinical, operational, and financial outcomes through strong storytelling and consultative selling.
