Clearance • TS/SCI FS Poly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The ClassifyIT team is seeking a Software Engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool and the tool to be used to support M365 web-based applications. The position involves full life cycle design, development, testing, and documentation of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics.

The focus will include the extension and customization of tools used for classification string validation and comparison for access control. Experience in JavaScript is required. The developer is expected to have experience with requirements elicitation.

The developer should be able to work collaboratively, within an existing team. The candidate will be expected to provide input throughout the software lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of Software Engineering experience Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines.

An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 7 years. Possess working knowledge of JavaScript/DOM, Typescript, Node.js/npm, Experience in AWS (ability to navigate AWS dashboards & services) Hands on experience utilizing Docker (command line) and converting applications to Docker images E xperience utilizing Git (command line), GitLab CI and GitLab pipelines Familiar with Jest, and Cypress Working knowledge of JIRA and Gitlab Experience developing functional and unit tests Experience performing code reviews Ability to work directly with customers T roubleshooting skills A bility to adhere to coding standards and follow team policies D evelops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real­ time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements Review and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results Resolve software problem reports Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the­ shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
