Ocean Container Solutions and Transport LLC is an asset-based transportation and logistics provider proudly operating as part of the Evans Delivery Company network. We deliver integrated supply chain solutions including transportation, warehousing, and brokerage services. Our asset-backed model allows us to provide reliable capacity, operational control, and consistent service to our customers.

We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and revenue across our service offerings.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts by selling asset-based transportation, warehousing, and brokerage solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, relationship-driven selling, and the ability to position asset-backed capabilities as a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and brokerage

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, supply chain managers, and decision-makers

  • Develop customized logistics solutions aligned with customer needs

  • Present asset-based capabilities and value propositions effectively

  • Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics sales (asset-based experience preferred)

  • Proven track record of generating new business revenue

  • Strong understanding of transportation (drayage, truckload, intermodal), warehousing, and brokerage services

  • Established book of business is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
