Health Insurance Case Manager
As a Health Insurance Case Manager, you will manage a shared caseload of up to 120 clients, providing compassionate support and guidance while helping individuals overcome barriers to care. What You'll Do
- Assist clients with enrolling in health insurance plans and maintaining coverage.
- Prepare and process monthly health insurance premium payments.
- Resolve insurance-related issues and advocate on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate client records through data entry and documentation.
- Monitor medical compliance and coordinate referrals for additional services.
- Help clients apply for benefits and connect them with resources that support their health, stability, and overall well-being.
- Provide compassionate, respectful service that empowers individuals to thrive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field (required).
