Job description

At Quota expected earnings are between $48,000 -$81,000. Compensation includes salary, commissions and expense allowance. We offer a full benefits package, including Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and 401k.​

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Aggressively seeks out and develops new customers in accordance with company sales and gross profit goals and objectives
  • Maintains existing sales territory in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintains minimum required gross profit and unit placement quotas as outlined in the compensation agreement
  • Maintains the minimum requirements for appointment setting, demos and print studies
  • Actively participates in phone blitzes and sets up quality appointments
  • Develops sales plan for achieving specific sales territory goals and objectives
  • Continually identifies current and prospective customer needs and promotes new and existing products and applications
  • Accurately completes all required documentation for order processing and forwards to sales support and/or corporate office in a timely manner
  • Arranges for installation and training of the equipment within a reasonable time after shipment
  • Promptly follows up on all leads distributed
  • Handles customer disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner and escalates the issue as necessary
  • Prepares quotations for new and existing customers
  • Analyzes sales statistics to identify areas requiring improvement
  • Reviews market analysis information to determine customer needs volume potential and pricing schedules
  • Maintains adequate knowledge of all current and new products and their applications offered through Imagetec and our competitors
  • Represents Imagetec at trade shows and fairs, promoting our products and image
  • Other duties as assigned

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

  • Prepares daily sales activity reports, as well as monthly sales and gross profit forecasts for assigned territory
  • Participates in Company sales meetings and training programs
  • As needed aids in collection efforts with customers
  • Continually supports the sales effort through all phases of operations
  • Promotes a professional image of the Company at all times
  • Continually reviews and monitors customer satisfaction
  • Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by IMAGETEC L. P.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Professional sales experience a plus
