These skills ensure accurate assessments, clear reports, and satisfied clients, which are vital for success and repeat business in the home inspection industry.

What are commission home inspectors?

Commission home inspectors are professionals who assess the condition of residential properties, usually as a prerequisite for real estate transactions. They are typically paid on a commission basis, meaning they earn a fee for each inspection rather than a fixed salary. After their inspection, they provide a detailed report highlighting any issues or potential problems. This helps buyers and sellers make more informed decisions during the home buying or selling process.
