Job DescriptionWe're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.This position will have you perform pest control in the American Fork, Utah area. You will be operating remotely from our Orem, UT office.New Hire training will be conducted in Orem, Utah for at least one week.  What We Offer:$23 – $33 + /hour (base + service & sales commissions + monthly bonuses)Paid training at $18 / hour.PTO & paid holidaysHealth, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits are available.401(k) with company match and a generous employee stock purchase program.Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route.
