What Youll Do

  • Conduct thorough interior and exterior home inspections for pest and mosquito activity
    (includes attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined spaces)
  • Identify contributing conditions and diagnose pest issues accurately
  • Educate homeowners on findings and recommend customized service solutions
  • Deliver professional, tailored presentations based on inspection results
  • Prepare estimates and service plans using company-provided Tablet or Laptop and software
  • Document inspection notes, measurements, and property details accurately
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and quality
  • Achieve performance goals through assigned leads and proactive relationship building


Compensation

  • Estimated annual earnings: $55,000$95,000+(base pay plusuncapped commission)

Qualifications

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
  • Wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
