A Day in the Life

As the face of our company, you will drive from site to site—visiting professional offices, commercial buildings, and our greenhouse—to ensure our customers' plants are thriving. Taking care of plants and flowers is part science and part art, allowing you to engage both your intellectual and creative sides instead of being stuck in a cubicle all day.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding, non-disruptive customer service in occupied professional spaces.
• Watering, pruning, and cleaning tropical foliage.
• Filling and carrying water buckets.
• Climbing ladders to reach and care for taller plants.
• Driving between customer sites and our greenhouse.
  

What You Bring to the Table

Experience is a plus, but it is not required! Our philosophy is to hire for attitude and train for aptitude.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a true passion for customer service.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, follow a schedule, and prioritize tasks.
• A love for plants and gardening.
• A highly organized, neat, and clean work style.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• The ability to pass a background screening.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk extensively, bend, reach, and climb a ladder safely.

The Schedule

This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday, usually starting on the early side of the day. We offer flexibility on start times and exact hours, but we do expect our team to stick to their set schedules to ensure dependable service for our clients. Occasional work after hours or on weekends may be necessary.
