Job description

Spring Break Promoter Collegiate Road Show RepresentativePaid Nationwide College Travel | Base Pay + Commission | October 1 Start

Inertia Tours is seeking one exceptional Collegiate Road Show Representative to travel to 26 targeted college campuses and recruit travelers for our Spring Break 2027 programs.

This is a highly independent, travel-intensive sales and campus marketing position designed for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys meeting new people and is confident building relationships quickly.

This is not a traditional office sales position. Your workplace will be college campuses across the country.

Compensation

$2,500 monthly base compensation

Commission on travelers recruited

$5,000 performance bonus upon reaching 500 travelers

$25 per day food stipend

$400 per month vehicle-use allowance

Company-paid oil change every 3,000 miles while traveling for the program

Company-paid hotels

Company-paid fuel

Company-funded sponsored events at select campuses

Company-provided social-media/TikTok advertising budget

What You'll Do

Travel to 26 priority college campuses

Build relationships with student leaders, organizations and campus social networks

Introduce students to Inertia Tours Spring Break 2027 programs

Recruit individual travelers and student groups

Develop relationships with fraternity, sorority and other campus organization leaders

Identify high-potential campus representatives

Attend and coordinate approved promotional and sponsored events

Follow up with prospective travelers and group leaders

Use TikTok and other social platforms to generate awareness and leads

Track contacts, leads, groups and completed bookings

Represent Inertia Tours professionally while traveling

The Person We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be unusually outgoing, socially confident and comfortable beginning conversations with people they have never met.

Strong candidates may have experience in:

Fraternity or sorority leadership

Campus organizations

Student government

Campus ambassador programs

Event promotion

Hospitality or nightlife

Travel sales

Direct sales

Brand ambassador programs

Social-media marketing

Greek-life experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Required

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle suitable for extensive travel

Ability and willingness to travel extensively

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable approaching new people and organizations

Comfortable working an unconventional schedule when campus events require it

Ability to professionally represent the Inertia Tours brand

Must meet any applicable age requirements necessary to enter or perform approved promotional activities at age-restricted venues
