Position Summary
The Application Developer III - Full Stack is responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications across ERP, custom application platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. This role blends traditional full-stack development with low-code platforms, data engineering, and agent-based automation to deliver scalable, cloud-native business solutions. The developer will work across IFS ERP, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET/C# services, Power BI/Fabric, and AI agents, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and business impact.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
  • Develop, configure, and extend IFS ERP solutions, including custom integrations, reporting, data models, and business logic.
  • Build and maintain OutSystems applications, including custom extensions and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Design and develop low-code and no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions and agents, including agent orchestration, automation, and system-to-system (A2A) integrations to support business processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, semantic layers, and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party and internal systems.
  • Participate in the modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native Azure architectures.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and related tooling.
  • Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, and reliability standards across the full development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize production systems across application, data, and integration layers.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Produce and maintain technical design documentation and solution architecture artifacts.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance on best practices to junior developers and project team members.
  • Participate as a cross-functional team member in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver team commitments.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software or application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and backend service development.
  • Experience working with IFS ERP (customizations, integrations, reporting, or related modules).
  • Experience developing applications in OutSystems or similar low-code platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  • Experience designing and building Power BI reports, datasets, and analytics; experience with Microsoft Fabric is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database design across transactional and analytical workloads.
  • Experience with Azure services, including App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights, and integration services.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, automation workflows, and agent-based systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, security principles, and modern architecture patterns.
  • Proficiency working in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
