Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in the .NET development environment and Microsoft SQL. This position requires experience and knowledge in building and maintaining custom developed solutions, with a preference for candidates who are familiar with Microsoft BizTalk integrations.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for independently managing and providing production support for various custom-developed solutions within our organization.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework, Microsoft SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions.
  • Independently manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the custom-developed solutions by employing best practices and adhering to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and defects, providing timely production support to ensure system stability and uptime.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and its related technologies, stored procedures, and database optimization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft BizTalk integrations is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Experience with source control systems, such as Git or TFS/ADO.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
