For someone who holds the line on quality and genuinely cares about the client.
Most jobs ask you to manage tasks. This one asks you to manage something that matters. A family trusting us to open up their home, fix what is broken beneath the surface, and give them back a space they love. You will be the person who makes sure that actually happens. That takes organization, communication, and someone who does not let things slide. Sound like you?
What we're here to do: We help families make their home theirs, opening walls, expanding spaces, and rediscovering what is possible beneath their feet.
We are a 30-person GC in Marietta specializing in the structural work most contractors avoid: subfloor replacement, extreme foundation repair, and whole-home expansions that require real expertise to get right.
WHAT WE NEED
Must-haves:
- Clear communicator under pressure
- High bar for quality and willing to call it out when work is not right

If you read this and thought "that's me", apply. If you thought "that sounds hard", this is probably not the right fit and that is okay.
We are not looking for construction experience. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, holds a high standard, and gets energized by problems without obvious answers. The rest we can teach.
Company Description
We are a residential construction company in Marietta, GA that does the structural work most contractors walk away from: crawl space excavations, basement conversions, and the steel that holds it all together. Our motto is "Resist Mediocrity and Build Cool Sh**." That is not a tagline. It is how we hire, how we work, and how we hold each other accountable every day on the job site.
