This role offers comprehensive training and mentorship to help you build a successful business by providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses. No prior financial experience is necessary—we provide the tools and resources to help you succeed.


What you will receive:

Compensation:

$50,000 – $90,000+ performance based


Responsibilities:

  • Attend virtual and in-person training to enhance financial expertise.
  • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn how to identify and connect with individuals and families in your network
  • Have goal-based conversations to understand client needs
  • Help clients apply for customized life insurance coverage
  • Receive step-by-step training in prospecting, client engagement, and closing
  • Begin your journey toward becoming a registered advisor with our sponsorship
  • Build long-term client relationships with our team’s guidance and mentorship



Qualifications:
  • No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success.
