As part of our aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking a broker to join our Multifamily Investment Sales team in our Charlotte, NC (Vantage) office. This individual will become a top investment sales producer who wants to take their production to the next level. Our unique, entrepreneurial approach to building and supporting teams allows our Investment Brokers to develop a business within our platform. This position will be given autonomy to create their own business model and will be responsible for contributing to the bottom-line success of their team.

*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.

*This position is intended for professionals with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have prior full-time experience performing similar responsibilities and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is not an entry-level role.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Investment Sales experience with a minimum of 2-years, and a proven transaction track record
  • You are incredibly self-motivated, tenacious, and appreciate uncapped potential
  • You possess the desire and ability to effectively build and manage your own book of business within a team, which is supported by a dedicated and fully staffed back-office that includes investment sales analysts, marketing / graphical design, and admin support.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Your track record indicates successfully generating new business and building relationships, proven through repeat client business

Required Professional Certifications or Licenses: The candidate must hold a current valid real estate license in the state they will be working prior to starting the program or obtain one within the first 90 days of beginning with Northmarq.

Compensation: This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.
