$20/hour + Commission & Bonus Opportunitiesย 
Job Type:ย Part-Time (up to 30 hours/week)ย 
Schedule:ย Includes weekends and occasional eveningsย

Carroll Water is looking for enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives toย representย our brand in big box retail locations.ย You'llย be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home waterย systemsย and gathering leads for our sales team.ย 

Whatย You'llย Do:ย 

  • Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activitiesย 

  • Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversationย 

  • Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable wayย 

  • Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow upย 

  • Provide an excellent customer experience while answeringย general questionsย 

  • Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach effortsย 

  • Have the ability toย stand up to 8 hoursย 

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.ย 

  • Able to set up and breakdownย demoย display when needed.ย
