Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is looking for a bilingual professional who enjoys helping people and making communication easy between English and Spanish-speaking customers.

Your ability to speak both languages can make a real difference for families purchasing one of the most important investments they'll make.

No automotive experience is required.

We'll provide all the training you need to build a successful long-term career.


What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Translator & Customer Advocate, you'll serve as the bridge between our English and Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Spanish-speaking customers throughout the buying process
  • Translating conversations between customers and dealership staff
  • Answering questions in both English and Spanish
  • Scheduling customer appointments
  • Following up with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Helping customers understand vehicle features and paperwork
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Your communication skills will help customers feel confident, comfortable, and informed.
