Your Role
The Enterprise Account Executive - New Business Development position is a National Sales role based in Los Angeles, responsible for developing key national direct accounts and independent planning and buying agencies across the country to deliver large-scale enterprise advertising solutions. The role is accountable for generating and executing new business opportunities, sales activity, and proposals to achieve overall revenue goals.
The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with exceptional prospecting skills, high energy, and a disciplined, solution-oriented sales approach. This individual plays a critical role in understanding the culture, geography, and demographics of national markets to develop impactful IRL campaigns and innovative client solutions.
Your Responsibilities
  • Select OUTFRONT's assets to amplify clients' campaigns, products, and brand stories.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify, secure, and grow revenue from new customer relationships.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OUTFRONT inventory across the Los Angeles market, national markets, and top DMAs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through product expertise, industry insights, and market knowledge.
  • Partner with internal teams across all aspects of client relationships, including proposal development, media planning, customer service, and revenue achievement.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; a concentration in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising or media sales.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate OUTFRONT's unique value proposition in a clear, compelling manner while aligning client objectives with broader business goals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of OUTFRONT business processes, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues in time-sensitive situations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in AI, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to learn and navigate proprietary systems and tools.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for the media and out-of-home (advertising industry.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy, and fast-paced work environment.

The draw range for this role is $80,000-$85,000 per year. This role is also eligible for commission and new business incentives. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
