  • Would you like a Minneapolis, MN base with roughly 20% overnight travel to customer sites?
What you’ll do
  • Install and commission CNC machine tools, ensuring accurate setup and reliable operation.
  • Troubleshoot faults across mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, and software/controls.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support, plus hands-on training for operators and maintenance teams.
  • Keep precise documentation: service reports, maintenance logs, and parts tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales, sharing field feedback that drives product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with new CNC techniques, tools, and technologies to improve service outcomes.
  • Travel as needed for installations, preventive maintenance, and urgent repairs (approximately 20% overnight).
Qualifications
