Sedation Dentistry: Sedation dentistry refers to the use of medication to help patients relax during dental procedures. It is especially helpful for individuals who experience dental anxiety or phobia and those who need extensive dental work.
Cosmetic Dentistry: Cosmetic dentistry refers to dental procedures that focus on improving the appearance of someone’s teeth, gums, or bite. These procedures are designed to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of a patient’s smile, and in some cases, improve overall dental function.
Orthodontics: Orthodontics is a specialized area of dentistry that focuses on the alignment of teeth and jaws. It involves the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and facial irregularities, such as malocclusions (bite problems), crooked teeth, and overcrowded mouths.
Dental Implants: Dental implants are artificial tooth roots that are placed into your jawbone to replace missing teeth. Made of titanium, a biocompatible material, implants are designed to fuse with the jawbone, creating a stable foundation for replacement teeth. We are looking for a dentist who can keep up with technology, isn't afraid to take on new challenges, and is passionate about creating an environment that fosters optimal patient care. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a passion for dentistry, and enjoy working with patients of all ages.

Full-time $180,000 - $250,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.

- Work Hours: Monday-Friday: 8AM-4PM
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.

-Dental Admission Test (DAT): After completing a bachelor's degree, aspiring dentists must take the Dental Admission Test (DAT), which assesses knowledge in areas such as biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, reading comprehension, and quantitative reasoning.
-Licensing and Certification
National Board Dental Examination (NBDE): After graduating from dental school, most dentists must pass the NBDE, a comprehensive exam that covers basic sciences and clinical dentistry.
-General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD): Some dentists pursue additional training after dental school, especially if they plan to practice in complex areas like oral surgery or pediatric dentistry.
-Specialization: Dentists who want to specialize (e.g., orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, etc.) must complete additional years of specialized training, which can range from 2 to 6 years, depending on the field.
