Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic is seeking a Spanish speaking, dynamic and organized Administrator to join our high-energy chiropractic office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include managing scheduling, handling patient communications, maintaining office records, and supporting the chiropractic team to optimize daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
We value positivity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others in our office culture. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, ideal for someone enthusiastic about health and wellness and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Spanish Speaking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide friendly and effective patient interactions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records

  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday
