Manufacturing Technician – Night Shift

St. Louis, MO | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Rotating 2-Week Schedule)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our chemical production team in St. Louis. This role involves hands-on operation of large-scale chemical reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will bring chemical manufacturing or military experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment.


What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor chemical reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and automation systems

  • Add chemicals to reactors and manage large-scale production processes (not simple mixing)

  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues

  • Follow strict safety protocols, PPE requirements, and quality standards

  • Support continuous process improvement projects

  • Train new personnel and assist with workflow as needed


What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
    OR Associate degree with 5+ years of large-scale chemical manufacturing experience

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience (chemical environment strongly preferred)

  • Military background highly valued

  • Forklift operation experience a plus

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move 300+ lb drums (with assistance)

  • Comfortable wearing PPE (respirators, chemical suits, etc.) in a regulated environment
