Commission CFI Flight Instructors are Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) who are compensated on a commission basis for providing flight training to student pilots. Their main role is to teach aspiring pilots the necessary skills and knowledge required to obtain pilot certifications, such as the Private Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License. These instructors typically work at flight schools or independently, and their income depends on the number of students they train and the hours they instruct. The commission structure incentivizes them to provide quality instruction and attract more students.
