This integrated lab spans chemistry, hematology, microbiology, transfusion services and molecular testing to support rapid, reliable results across inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings. Reporting to the Administrative Director and partnering with Section Supervisors and the Medical Director, the role leads day-to-day operations and regulatory readiness while driving quality systems, competency and education, QC review, TAT performance, safety practices, analyzer troubleshooting and vendor coordination, LIS/interface optimization, inventory and budgeting, scheduling and timekeeping, goal setting and talent selection. The position requires a bachelor's in clinical laboratory science (or related field), over 4 years of hospital lab experience, New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure, preferred national certification such as ASCP, and lead/supervisory experience. This position covers nights (11:30p-7:30a).
