Job Summary:
Body + Beauty Lab is searching for experienced Medical Injectors to join our team. We are looking for polished applicants that have a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and passion for delivering best-in-class results to clients. Our modern, state of the art Medical Spa is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed NP or PA to perform aesthetic treatments (I.e. Botox, Juvederm, etc.). We also offer a robust Integrative Health program and would welcome providers with experience in areas such ashormone therapy, gut health, thyroid optimization, weight management, and peptide therapy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth patient consultations that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.
- Administer high-quality cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient's needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
- Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments
- Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
- Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
- Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.
Job Qualifications:
- NP or PA licensure in Pennsylvania with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Filler etc.)
- Existing customer base preferred
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
Job Type: Part-time with full-time potential. Initially targeting 2-3 days a week
