About the Position The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners cross-functionally with department leaders to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive operational efficiency and growth. NOTE: this is an onsite position in Irvine, CA About You * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). * 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting. * Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. * Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan) preferred. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly. * High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or sports apparel industry preferred. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. * Experience in a Private Equity backed environment. * Experience understanding and utilizing AI tools to create agents for the use of pulling data and performing financial analysis. * Experience working in a multi-country environment (MX preferred). * Spanish language skills highly desirable. Key Responsibilities * Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across departments. * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning. * Analyze financial results, variances, and trends; provide actionable insights to leadership. * Partner with business units to track performance against targets and KPIs. * Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages. * Support long-range planning and scenario analysis. * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy. * Support the Sales organization with the analysis and processing of commission payments on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.  * Manage the pricing analysis for all Score products. * Assist with board presentations and executive-level reporting. * Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forecasts.
