Seasonal Snow Subcontractors – Multiple PositionsGroundSystems is seeking dependable and experienced individuals and subcontractors to join our Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Cincinnati area. Help us deliver high-quality, efficient snow and ice removal services during the winter season.We offer both direct-hire seasonal positions using company equipment and subcontractor opportunities for those with their own equipment. This is a part-time temporary opportunity contingent on snowfall.Subcontractor Positions (Use your equipment):Plow Truck Operator – Up to $110/hr Plow & Salt Combo (P/S Combo) – Up to $130/hr Skid Loader Operator – Up to $130/hr Loader Operator – Up to $275/hr Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew – Up to $45/hr (must provide transportation and crew)Snow Equipment Operator – Up to $50/hr (e.g., your own skid steers, backhoes or GroundSystems equipment.
