Alarm Security Technician-- Immediate Opening
Job Description

 General Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Alarm Security Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for Smart Home Systems
installation and programming, servicing and repair of:
Home Theater
Alarm Systems
Garage Door Openers
Thermostats
Holiday Lights
Audio Video
Motorized Shades
Surveillance Cameras

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who enjoys working in both residential and commercial environments, delivering customized solutions and excellent customer service. Only experienced applicants will be considered. 
Primary Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot security alarm systems, surveillance cameras, smart devices, and A/V equipment
  • Integrate technologies such as lighting control, thermostats, access control, and home networking systems
  • Program control systems and user interfaces (e.g., touch panels, mobile apps, remotes)
  • Ensure device compatibility and seamless communication across smart home ecosystems
  • Customize system setups to meet each client’s unique needs
  • Provide technical support and maintenance to clients post-installation
  • Maintain organized records of jobs, parts, and service calls

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Solid hands-on experience with low-voltage systems: security, home theater, cameras, A/V
  • Familiarity with access control systems is highly desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in low-voltage installation and service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
