Job description

Parts, Accessories + Clothing (PAC) Retail Associate

Medina, OH | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Bonus + Benefits

Join Ohio’s Premier Powersports Dealer

Polaris KTM Medina is Ohio’s flagship Polaris and KTM dealership, offering a full selection of new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides. We serve riders throughout Northeast Ohio with exceptional sales, service, and parts support. We’re looking for a PAC Retail Associate who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to help riders get the most out of their machines.

Position Overview

As a PAC Retail Associate, you’ll be the go-to resource for riders in need of parts, accessories, and riding gear. You’ll greet customers in-store and online, answer product and fitment questions, and help identify the best solutions for each rider’s needs. Whether it’s recommending the right helmet, ordering OEM parts, or outfitting a side-by-side with accessories, your focus will be on delivering outstanding service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist riders in-store, on the phone, and through online channels (chat/email).
  • Provide accurate product information, including features, pricing, and fitment.
  • Help riders compare options and make informed purchase decisions.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell accessories, riding gear, and extended service solutions.
  • Process sales transactions, special orders, and returns accurately.
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized product displays.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to ensure riders receive seamless support.
  • Record customer feedback and requests to guide future inventory decisions.
  • Stay up to date on new parts, accessories, apparel, and promotions.

A Day in the Life of a PAC Retail Associate

Morning: You start the day reviewing new parts orders and checking displays to make sure shelves are clean and stocked. You answer online inquiries from the evening before and prepare for walk-in customers.

Midday: Riders arrive needing gear and upgrades – one is searching for new riding apparel, another needs OEM parts for their ATV. You answer their questions, process sales, and coordinate with service to get parts installed.

Afternoon: You assist more riders on the floor and by phone, process returns, and order requested items not in stock. Before closing, you update inventory, tidy displays, and prepare for the next day.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years retail or e-commerce experience preferred (powersports or automotive a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to handle multiple requests.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help riders find solutions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems; comfortable processing transactions.
  • Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and powersports (training provided if needed).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak dealership hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Bonus and commission opportunities.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and riding gear.
  • Life insurance, professional development assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Career growth opportunities within a multi-location dealership group.
