Pay: $18/hr
Location:
Houston, TX 77004 (TSU Area)
Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight, 28 hours/week 
  • Wednesday: 12:00Midnight - 7:00AM
  • Thursday: 12:00Midnight - 7:00AM
  • Friday: 12:00Midnight - 7:00AM
  • Saturday: 12:00Midnight - 7:00AM
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a residential community
  • Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
  • Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
  • Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
  • Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
  • Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
 
  • Requirements: 
  • Active Level III Commissioned Security License
  • Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
