Channel Sales Manager – North America (Industrial & Precision Equipment)

Location: United States (Remote / Field-Based)

Travel Required: Up to 50% (North American Territory & International Training in Germany)

Market Segments: Laboratory, Dental, Arts & Crafts

About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Channel Sales Manager to spearhead the growth and optimization of our U.S. and Canadian distribution network. In this high-impact, revenue-driving role, you will be the strategic architect of our North American market presence, managing the commercial lifecycle of our premium, German-engineered precision furnace and heat treatment equipment.

As the primary commercial bridge between North American operations and our global headquarters in Germany, you will own the distributor relationship end-to-end—driving performance, expanding market share, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Network Growth: Develop and execute a structured, data-driven sales strategy to aggressively expand our distribution footprint across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Channel Optimization & Accountability: Monitor, evaluate, and elevate distributor performance, establishing clear KPIs and accountability structures to maximize revenue.
  • Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing new channel partners, equipping them with the technical and commercial tools required to win market share.
  • Global Liaison: Serve as the critical commercial link between North American market demands and our German engineering headquarters, aligning product, delivery, and strategy.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company as the face of the brand at major industry trade shows, conferences, and network events.
  • Full-Cycle Management: Own the channel pipeline from lead opportunity follow-up and market intelligence gathering to delivery coordination and cross-functional team alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Industrial B2B Expertise: 5+ years of proven success managing distributors or major key accounts within a technical, industrial, or scientific capital equipment environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: High comfort level navigating technical product specifications and collaborating effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: A demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth and negotiating structured distribution agreements.
  • Operational Discipline: Deep experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track metrics, forecast sales, and manage a structured pipeline.
  • Autonomy & Communication: Highly organized, self-directed, and an exceptional communicator capable of presenting effectively to executive stakeholders and technical buyers alike.
  • Global Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across North America to support partners, with the exciting opportunity to undergo intensive, world-class factory training directly at our headquarters in Germany.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with a high-upside commission/bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Premium international training and continuous professional development.
  • The autonomy to manage a massive geographic territory with the backing of a world-renowned, precision-engineered product line.
