Job description

Title:  Java Engineer, Product Integration

Location: Dania Beach, FL (2 times a month onsite and if relocation  must relocation by day 1)

Type: 6+ months

Job description

  • Looking for a 3+ Developers to fit into their growing development team
  • It will be Fundamental java… all backend is java. No JavaScript or python
  • It is old java microservices, no spring. Everything is core java development
  • If the person cant tell you if what the AI is giving you is right or wrong that will not work
  • They use Google Cloud
  • Strictly targeting Mid to mid/Sr developers with 5-10 Years of experience,
  • They are all hands on, even the manager is writing code.
  • They would love if people have experience working on loyalty programs/Points related applications
  • Don’t want someone who only worked on a small part of a project, want well rounded devs that can own the whole pie
  • Will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving connecting services and product integrations to support the evolution of travel products
  • Experience managing Service Level Agreements, interacting daily with people at different levels within the organization, including developing and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Experience architecting, developing software, or internet scale production-grade solutions in virtualized environments such as Amazon Web Services, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Write unit tests with strong test coverage, perform load tests and performance tests.
  • Available for overnight travel (10%).
