ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Include the following and others may be assigned.oBe a good leader and support the Petroleum Division Standards.With a special emphasis on communicationoSafety is a priority.oDelivers Propane or Refined Fuels on a daily basis. Greet people in a friendly and professional manner.Oversee the image and condition of the delivery trucks.Available for after hour and emergency calls.Responsible for the out of service policy. Handle the customer's propane distribution systems.Timely deliveries and customer service.Attentive to customer service satisfactions.Have knowledge of all refined fuels equipment with the ability to operate and perform at a high level of customer satisfaction.oMaintenance of the Bulk Plant, equipment, required postings, and weed control with safety in mind.oResponsible for sales tickets properly priced, bill of ladings and contracting information.oShare responsibilities with filling and distribution of propane bottles.oHelp manage propane and fuel inventory.Continue to learn and keep abreast of current laws affecting propane and refined fuels

Keep shrink and/or shortage to a minimum.Be aware of the current retail market and notify management of area business climate.Promote new marketing ideas related to our Petroleum Division.oTo be at work on time and work the scheduled hours.oFill in at Service Stations as directedFill in at service centers when neededBe to work on time and work the scheduled hoursAssist other divisions to achieve the Cooperative's financial and customer satisfaction goals, be a team playerGreet people in a friendly and professional mannerBe Attentive to Customer Service satisfaction with tire and auto serviceMonitor safety standards for the station, warehouse, equipment, and required postingUtilize the safety tools provided to minimize riskoFill in at Agronomy Locations as directed Maintain efficient operation of Wallace Agronomy PlantResponsible for timely deliveries and customer serviceBe to work on time and work the scheduled hoursoProvide Bulk Oil Delivery Service as directedoInstall new propane sites and repair existing installationsInstall new propane sites per regulations and within required timeframeRepair existing propane installations as directedMaintain regulator update schedule. Assure regulators are replaced per schedule.oNotify the Energy Manager on any customer complaint or compliance issue.oCooperate fully with the main business office to maintain accurate information for our customer base.oBe a team player and help out in other divisions to achieve the Cooperatives financial and customer satisfaction goals.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisory responsibilities with this jobPERFORMANCE MEASURES: To perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
