Guides students through verbal analogy patterns, arithmetic word problems, table reading speed techniques, block counting visualization, and physical science review. Emphasizes targeting the pilot and navigator composite scores through focused preparation on instrument comprehension and table reading sections.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with AFOQT content areas and common challenges such as instrument comprehension visualization, table reading speed requirements, and physical science content gaps. Adapts instruction using practice tests, spatial reasoning drills, and timed section exercises to support Air Force ROTC cadets and officer candidates preparing for competitive composite scores on the AFOQT examination.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
