Job Summary/Basic Function
Part-time adjunct instructor of Nutrition. To teach one or two lower division courses per semester as needed.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications
Applicant must have a solid foundation of nutrition in undergraduate curriculum, post graduation education in nutrition and working on ADA eligibility or has the RDN Canvas Learning experience is required and the ability to lecture using PowerPoint presentation software. Instructor with excellent classroom ambiance.
