About the Role

We are seeking a skilledE&I / ICA Technicianto support industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safe execution, automation support, and continuous improvement across production systems and capital projects.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Support site electrical and ICA systems, projects, and master plans

  • Provide PLC and control system programming and troubleshooting support

  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices

  • Maintainaccurateelectrical drawings, control documentation, and BOMs

  • Participate in project meetings and vendor acceptance testing

  • Drive system reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.

  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

  • Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.

  • Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.

  • Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.

Job Qualifications

Required Experience

  • LVQ qualified or able to pass LVQ qualification testing

  • Experience with480 VAC, 120 VAC, and 24 VDCindustrial control systems

  • Ability to read and interpretelectrical schematics and P&ID diagrams

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical education

  • Minimum 18 Years Old

  • Be able to read, write, communicate, and understand English

  • Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)

  • Must work rotating shifts

  • Handle Fast-Paced Environment

  • Work around high-speed equipment

Preferred Experience

  • PLC programming experience withRockwell ControlLogixand/orSiemens TIA Portal

  • Experience withEtherNet/IP andProfinetnetworks

  • Hands-on experience with instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, flow)

  • Exposure to VFDs, servo systems, robotics (ABB), vision systems, or HVAC controls

  • Project experience supporting electrical and automation scopes

Starting Pay: $31.40 per hour
