Job — Commercial Cleaning

• Pay: $90 per visit

• Time on site: about 1–1.5 hours

• Schedule: Every 6 months

Job — Window Washing

• Pay: $55 per visit

• Time on site: about 1–1.5 hours

• Schedule: Every 6 months

Walden Galleria

Job — Commercial Cleaning

• Pay: $90 per visit

• Time on site: about 1–1.5 hours

• Schedule: Every 6 months

• Pay: $55 per visit

• Time on site: about 1–1.5 hours

• Schedule: Every 6 months
and the client manager confirms they are happy — usually within 30 minutes, and at most within 24 hours

Start time: 8:00 AM on the scheduled day.

At Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls, both jobs are normally done in one trip — plan for roughly 2–3 hours on site, $145 total for that visit.

At Walden Galleria, both jobs are normally done in one trip — plan for roughly 2–3 hours on site, $145 total for that visit.

This assignment covers all 2 stores. Per-store visit totals: Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls — $145; Walden Galleria — $145.

Payment

Each job is paid separately at the rate listed above. Payment is processed once before-and-after photos are submitted, and the client manager confirms they are happy — usually within 30 minutes, and at most within 24 hours.

If you bring your own supplies, you earn a supply bonus per visit: $10 if you cover both the commercial cleaning and the window washing, $10 if it is the commercial cleaning only, or $5 if it is the window washing only. If North Co provides the supplies, no bonus applies.

What You'll Do

Commercial Cleaning

• Sweep, dust mop, and vacuum all floors, including corners and edges

• Mop all hard floors; damp mop office, stockroom, and break room floors

• Remove gum and stickers

• Dust shelving, fixtures, ledges, and vents

• Wipe down counters and display cases

• Empty all trash and replace liners

• Clean and disinfect the restroom if one is present — floors, fixtures, mirrors

Window Washing

• Clean storefront and entry door glass, inside and out; remove all smudges

• Clean and polish handles, sills, and doorplates

• Remove spider webs, gum, debris, and tape

• Squeegee and detail all glass edges and corners; wipe ledges dry

• Submit before-and-after photos through our cleaning app

Supplies Needed

All supplies and equipment are provided, or you can bring your own (see supply bonus above). If you bring your own, you'll need the basics:

Commercial Cleaning:

Vacuum, mop and bucket, broom or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, and trash bags.

Window Washing:

Professional window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, a scraper or razor (for gum, tape, and debris), and a bucket.

Pace / The Service Window

These stores give a tight service window, so speed matters — but quality comes first. We'd rather it be done right than rushed. If you can't comfortably hit the window on your own, that's fine: either bring your own helper, or let us know and we'll bring in a second person to work alongside you. Either way works — just tell us upfront so we can plan for it.
