Site Working Foreman โ€“ Lead Commercial Utilities and Sitework Projects

Job Overview:

  • Company: ATL Construction Inc.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 to $100,000 per year plus Year-End Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Cohasset, MA (Travel to future project sites required).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Overtime and weekend work available).

  • Project Scope: Commercial Sitework, Utilities, Drainage, and Sewer.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Hydraulic license 2A/1C and Class D vehicle license.

The Opportunity: As a Site Working Foreman, you will be the driving force behind complex commercial sitework projects, ensuring every utility and drainage installation meets our high standards. You will lead field operations with the autonomy of a project manager while maintaining the "get it done" attitude that defines our family-owned culture. Your leadership will directly impact the growth of ATL Construction Inc. as we adapt to exceed our customers' expectations.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct all aspects of site construction projects to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Supervise and manage site personnel and equipment to optimize daily productivity and field safety.

  • Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation using tools like Bluebeam to facilitate efficient workflows.

  • Execute precise site operations for utilities, drainage, and sewer systems in accordance with blueprints and schematics.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily field reports, change orders, and progress tracking via ProCore.

  • Utilize Topcon systems for site design and layout to ensure high-quality, accurate project delivery.

  • Implement proactive time management strategies on-site to resolve technical and logistical obstacles in real-time.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or site leadership.

  • Extensive technical knowledge of commercial sitework, including trenching, utilities, and sewer systems.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical schematics, and construction contracts.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication skills necessary for managing team dynamics and collaborating with suppliers.

  • Ability to forecast ongoing material requirements in advance of the work (stone, pipe, labor).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Demonstrated experience with site design and layout using Topcon technology.

  • Previous experience in project scheduling and resource management using Primavera or similar tools.

  • History of successfully managing multi-phase commercial sitework projects from inception to completion.
