We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do

Take Ownership from Start to Finish

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and financial performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Drive Successful Execution

  • Utilize tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, and other project management platforms to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Identify risks early and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budget

Ensure Quality and Safety

  • Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Conduct regular site visits and project reviews
  • Promote compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and OSHA safety requirements

Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Provide consistent project updates and progress reporting
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience built on trust, responsiveness, and accountability

Develop and Mentor Others

  • Support project coordinators, assistant project managers, and field personnel
  • Share knowledge and best practices that strengthen project performance and team growth
