Cable Technician I | Data Center Project

Social Circle, GA or Fayetteville (Onsite)

$21-$25/hour + Overtime Available

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

640hour Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Pulling and routing copper and fiber optic cabling

✅ Installing cable trays, conduit, wireway systems, and support structures

✅ Building telecommunications closets and equipment rooms

✅ Mounting racks, patch panels, backboards, and hardware

✅ Performing Cat5e/Cat6 terminations and punch-downs

✅ Assisting with fiber optic installations

✅ Reading blueprints, diagrams, and project documentation

✅ Working both indoors and outdoors on large-scale data center construction projects

✅ Using industry-standard hand and power tools safely and effectively

 

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

✔ At least 1 year of commercial cabling experience

✔ Experience pulling fiber optic cable

✔ Reliable transportation to the worksite

✔ Ability to work in a construction environment

✔ Understanding of telecommunications color codes

✔ Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings

✔ Comfortable using cable cutters, drills, and other installation tools

Pay and Benefits
