We're driven by four core values – Hungry, Collaborate, Elevate, and Own It – and we're proud to offer a genuine family work culture where hard work is noticed and rewarded.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily installation work for a siding crew on commercial job sites
  • Assign tasks, oversee workflow, and ensure crew productivity
  • Install and inspect James Hardie (panel and lap siding), Nichiha, metal siding (single skin), composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems
  • Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation
  • Train, mentor, and support the development of installers on the crew
  • Communicate instructions, safety protocols, and job details clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site while enforcing safety protocols
  • Communicate job progress, material needs, and issues to the Project Manager

What You Need

Required:

  • 4+ years of siding installation experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work at heights regularly
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Desired:

  • Experience with James Hardie, Nichiha, metal siding, ACM, and Longboard/Knotwood systems
  • Blueprint reading and technical specification experience

  • Company-paid Aflac accident policy
  • Performance and compensation reviews at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year
  • Training, development, and professional growth opportunities
  • Weekly paychecks with direct deposit

Where You'll WorkPrimarily the Southern Wisconsin area, with full-time, year-round work.
